Efficient and Customer-Oriented
Kabel Deutschland (KDG) is headquartered in Unterfoehring near Munich. KDG also maintains six regional offices:
Regional Offices
Corporate headquarters oversees and coordinates processes in the six regions. Headquarter is responsible for the operational business of the Group and, as a central service provider, makes important services such as call centers and information technology available throughout the Group. In addition, these services are offered and utilized by other cable network operators.
The six regional branch offices support local customers. They are contacts for companies from the housing industry and from operators of Network Level 4, who in many instances are responsible for the "last mile" of the local TV signal distribution network. The close proximity to the customer is also helpful in the event of service interruptions: Our service technicians are able to get to the trouble spot quickly and ensure that the good reception our customers are accustomed to is restored as soon as possible.
