Kabel Deutschland complies with Corporate Governance Regulations
The German Corporate Governance Code in accordance with § 161 of the German Stock Corporations Act ("AktG") represents an important statutory regulation on the management and supervision of publicly listed German companies and includes internationally and nationally recognized standards of good and responsible corporate governance. The code is meant to make the German corporate governance system transparent and comprehensible. Its intention is to promote the confidence of international and national investors, customers, employees, and the public in the management and supervision of publicly listed German stock corporations.
As an unlisted company, Kabel Deutschland already voluntarily fulfills major stipulations of the code.

In addition to this, Kabel Deutschland has adopted a code of ethics which applies to all senior members of management.
