Kabel Deutschland Holding AG confirms preliminary approach by Liberty Global plc

Kabel Deutschland Holding AG notes the recent speculation regarding a potential offer to Kabel Deutschland Holding AG and confirms that it has received a preliminary proposal from Liberty Global plc.
There is no certainty that any transaction with Liberty Global plc will ultimately materialise from this proposal, nor as to the terms of such a transaction.
