Kabel Deutschland (KDG), Germany’s largest cable operator, today announced that it has concluded due diligence on the Orion assets it has agreed to acquire and that it allowed the rescission period to elapse. Closing of the transaction is expected in spring 2008 after clearance from Federal Cartel Office (FCO).
